Flowers and plants are natural products. Their color, shape, size, freshness cycle, and availability vary by season and market. Product photographs represent an arrangement’s overall style and value but do not guarantee an exact stem-for-stem result.

Any substitution details shown on a product page or during checkout are part of your order. When a substitution is necessary, we use reasonable care to preserve the arrangement’s overall style, color palette, and value. If a particular flower, color, plant, container, or other feature is essential, use the Contact section at the bottom of this page to reach us before ordering.

Prices, taxes, delivery charges, service charges, tips, and other applicable amounts are shown before you submit an order. You authorize us and the company processing the payment to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout.

A payment processing company handles your complete card number. We do not receive or store that complete number through this website. We do receive limited details, such as whether the payment succeeded, the card type, and its last four digits, so that we can manage the order, prevent fraud, and provide support.

Some products may be offered as automatically renewing flower subscriptions. Before you place a subscription order, the website shows the subscription terms and requires you to accept them. Those accepted terms describe the schedule, recurring charges, and available options for managing, skipping, or canceling future orders. They apply in addition to these Terms and control if there is a conflict about the subscription.

You can use your customer account to view and manage an active subscription as described in the subscription terms you accepted. The timing and effect of a change, skip, or cancellation depend on those accepted terms, the status of the upcoming order, and applicable law.

Available delivery and pickup options, dates, and charges are shown during checkout. Timing can be affected by recipient availability, building or property access, weather, traffic, product availability, and events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and safe delivery address, a working contact number, and any access instructions we reasonably need. We may contact you or the recipient if we have a question or problem with delivery or pickup. If we cannot safely complete a delivery, we may contact you or the recipient to discuss the available next steps. Any additional charge or refund depends on the circumstances and what the law requires.

Use the Contact section at the bottom of this page to reach us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. What we can offer depends on the product, how far we have progressed in preparing or delivering it, the timing, and the circumstances. Depending on those factors, the available resolution may be a change, cancellation, refund, replacement, or store credit. Nothing in these Terms takes away a remedy required by law.

If you give us information about another person, such as a recipient’s name, address, phone number, or occasion, you are responsible for having any permission required to provide it for the order. We use that information to prepare and complete the order and to send related service and delivery messages.

By providing your email address or phone number, you agree that we may contact you about your order, account, question, or delivery. Messages needed to complete or support those services are different from marketing emails we may send as permitted by law and reminders you ask us to send about future occasions. Marketing and reminder emails include links to unsubscribe or manage your choices. Customer accounts do not require separate registration or a password. When you place an order, we automatically create or update a customer account using the contact information you provided at checkout. To sign in later, use the account icon near the top of the website and enter the email address or phone number from your order. We will send a one-time sign-in code to that email address or phone number.

Keep control of your email account, phone number, sign-in codes and links, and the devices you use to access the website. Sign out when you finish using a shared device. If you believe someone accessed your account or an order without permission, use the Contact section at the bottom of this page to reach us promptly.

You keep ownership of content you submit, such as reviews, photographs, inspiration images, and messages. You give us permission to store, copy, and use it as reasonably necessary to respond to you, complete an order, operate the website, and—when you submit a review for publication—review it before publication and display it.
